These are digital downloads.  You will not receive a physical item and nothing will be shipped to you.  No refunds, returns or exchanges on downloads so please read each description carefully before you make your purchase.  

We cannot teach you how to use the files you purchase.  If you need help using them with your particular application, please refer to facebook groups and youube.
