Our processing time is within 2-72 hours from the time you place your order on weekdays. If you order on Friday - Sunday, your order will ship by Monday. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or backordered, we will make a discretionary decision to either ship when the item arrives if it is coming in soon, or refund that item if it is not. If you notice your order hasn't shipped please check your email or give us a call at 903-740-5277. Have your order number ready. **Order pickups are offered via curbside pickup only and customers are required to wait for an email confirmation before arriving to the warehouse to pick up their order. We will do our best to make sure it is filled same day if placed before 12pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). We are also not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. We ensure that all fragile items are packed securely. We advise you to contact the courier if you notice any damage to your items. Also, some wax is heat sensitive and may melt slightly during the shipping process, however this will not alter the quality of the wax.

Refund, Exchange & Return Policy
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for many items after they have left our store. This includes but not limited to aroma beads, fragrances, dyes, waxes, and additives. If the product has not been opened, we may be able to exchange it at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get a safe, sanitary and 100% unaltered product that has not been contaminated by any outside sources. For this reason, we recommend ordering sample sizes of these products (when available) before buying a larger quantity.
If you receive your order and an item is damaged, please do not throw out your box, packaging, packing slips, or the item. Send us detailed photos of each item and its packaging and packing materials. We need these to make a claim. Do not discard any of these item as your carrier may require that they pick them up to pay the claim. If you throw away these items and your claim is denied, we will not be able to replace or compensate you for your order.
If your package is lost or damaged and a file has been claimed, we are unable to refund you or replace your order until your claim is approved. You are urged to call your carrier and file your own claim to receive default insurance to replace your package. This will speed up the process.

The safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. For your safety and ours, we require you wear a facemask at all times inside our store. If you do not have a mask, please call ahead and when available, we will provide one for you. We have hand sanitizer available when you enter and exit the building. If you choose to not wear a mask, we ask that you remain in your car, give us a call when you arrive, and we will bring your order out to you curbside. Have your order number and ID handy in the event we ask for it.
