Once you have placed your order, your download link will appear on your Thank You page. An additional copy will be emailed to you. These files will sometimes be in multiple formats, therefore they will be in a folder and zipped. You will need to unzip your file to use it. If you should have questions, please message us on our website and we will do our best to answer your questions. Due to all the different variations of cutters and printers out there, we are unable to give you instructions how to use your machine. You will need to revert to your manufacturer manual for help with your machine or join one of the many help group pages on facebook. Once your payment has been made and the file has been sent to you, no refunds can be made. Please read the descriptions and know what file type you are purchasing before you check out.
